The food, the Service, the atmosphere was simply amazing. You feel very welcomed when you arrive especially during peak hour rush over Easter. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again Cafe Chickpea you guys and girls rock xx
Walked in for a coffee and my eyes boggled. Was like a kid in a lolly shop!! Coffees teas, heaps of icecream like a old shop, sweets cakes and even a healthy diet option. To die for!!!! Lovely staff, immaculately clean, well presented, gawjus atmosphere and the prices aren't too shabby. Def a little bit delighted at this very rare gem. Def up there!
Sensational! Staff were cheerful & extra helpful. I had the ‘Hash Smash’- taste sensation! Huge serve! Coffee was great! Highly recommend. Cakes looked CRAZY good! All home made
Shout out to all.the staff for keeping calm under huge pressure today (Easter Sat). Being the only cafe open they were under the pump with queues out the door. Coffee still came out delicious! Extra special mention to the lady with some pink in her hair, she was so bubbly.and friendly despite being under the pump and it was infectious. This kind of person is a huge asset to a Cafe under pressure as smiles and kindness make everyone more patient and at easeWell done!
Great cafe. Wide options including vegetarian and vegan, extremely fresh and good service on a busy day. We had a delicious couscous and resist vegetable salad, a crispy fish wrap with salad which was made to order and very fresh, and fantastic, light scones with jam and cream. Just what we needed on a long road trip
Great little restaurant, good quality tasty food, great coffee and a nice atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating, with shade. Prices are reasonable. The Big Breakfast was fantastic. Restaurant caters for food allergies, just let them know. Also has good options for children.
On the trek from Melbourne to Adelaide, Chickpea cafe provided and excellent reason to stop rest and enjoy a coffee. The coffee was great and served relatively fast considering it was peak lunch time. The cafe has a selection of cakes, full meals, ice cream and local jams/sauces/dressing for sale. The cafe had a cosy atmosphere, it wasn't pretentious.
Hash & Smash breakfast was sensational, coffee was great too. Quick friendly service as well.
